If you do not obtain a RA#, your package will not be accepted. Items must be unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In the case of a return, you will be credited in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
